In this week, we just finished the production of our big model transformer oil purifier ZYD-200, which treatment capacity is 12000liters per hour. And for every REXON oil purifier, before its delivery, we will make strict quality inspection in our factory, and the machine will be tested in factory at least half a day with our engineer‘s professional operation and inspection. And for this machine too, it was tested in factory for about five hours smooth running, as usual, this equipment is successfully tested, and allowed for the delivery.
As one of our high-capacity transformer oil filtration systems, our ZYD-200 is specially engineered for efficient purification, dehydration, degassing, and regeneration of insulating transformer oil used in power transmission and electrical maintenance industries. This advanced machine is designed to restore insulating oil dielectric strength, remove moisture, gases, and impurities, and extend transformer service life.
And after the oil treatment, the moisture in transformer oil will be below 3 PPM, the impurity content in the oil will be below 1 micron, and the gases, its content will be below 0.01%.
Our REXON Transformer Oil Purification Machine ZYD-200 is equipped with a super high-performance double-stage vacuum system, including a vacuum pump and a Roots vacuum pump, which together can create a powerful and stable high vacuum pressure environment to dehydrate and degas oil thoroughly. This configuration can significantly improve the oil dehydration and degassing efficiency, ensuring rapid removal of dissolved water and gases from transformer oil.
And to guarantee smooth and reliable oil circulation, the machine is fitted with both an inlet oil pump and outlet oil pump, providing stable oil transfer during the purification process while improving operational efficiency for large-capacity applications.
At the same time, the oil inlet pump can help the machine to realize the function of the vacuum oil filling. That means you can use the machine to do the evacuation for the transformer, and at the same time to do the oil filling for the transformer. This function is so popular from our end users‘ feedback.
The oil purification system also features a three-stage filtration system designed to effectively remove particles, contaminants, and mechanical impurities from the oil. Through precise multi-stage filtration, the oil cleanliness can reach high standard required for transformer use, like 1 micron or 0.5 micron.
And our REXON ZYD-200 adopts an intelligent and thermostatic heating system, which ensures uniform oil heating while preventing overheating or oil carbonization. This helps maximize oil purification efficiency and protect oil quality during operation.
In addition, this machine is integrated with PLC fully automatic control system, allowing users to achieve intelligent operation, automatic monitoring, and convenient parameter adjustment through a user-friendly touch screen HMI. The automation system greatly improves operating convenience, labor saving, and reduces manual intervention.
To ensure safe and reliable operation, our ZYD-200 is also equipped with reliable and functional safety protection system, including overload protection, over-pressure protection, phase sequence protection, heater protection, and automatic shutdown alarms.
