REXON Oil Purification is pleased to share the successful field application of a 10,000 L/H Transformer Oil Purification Machine at a power station in the Philippines.

 

Designed for transformer oil filtration, dehydration and purification, the REXON system has recently been put into operation for the treatment of a large-volume transformer oil application. After several days of actual operation, the equipment has demonstrated stable performance and excellent purification results under local working conditions, receiving highly positive feedback from the engineers at the power station.

The project began with the customer's requirement for a high-capacity transformer oil purification system.

During the equipment selection and configuration process, REXON's engineering team carefully considered the customer's required oil flow, heating capacity, pumping system, automatic control and actual application conditions, and developed the equipment accordingly.

Rather than simply supplying a standard machine, REXON focuses on matching the equipment configuration with the customer's real operating requirements.

This engineering approach is particularly important for large transformer oil volumes, where purification efficiency is influenced not only by nominal flow rate, but also by oil temperature, moisture content, contamination level, oil condition and actual site conditions.

In this project, the REXON 10,000 L/H system has been used to process approximately 76,000 liters of transformer oil. Under the warm climatic conditions of the Philippines, the oil heating process benefits from favorable ambient temperatures, while the complete purification system works continuously to remove moisture, gas and particulate contamination from the transformer oil.

 

According to the customer's feedback, the engineers operating the machine at the power station were very impressed with the equipment, particularly with its fully automatic PLC control system.

The successful field operation has also provided valuable practical feedback for REXON's engineering team and confirmed that the equipment is performing very well under the customer's actual operating conditions.
